Northern Ontario Assessment and Resource Centre

Consortium Members

Accessibility Service Offices of the 11 colleges and universities of Northern Ontario work together as a consortium with NOARC/CÉRNO to provide supports and services to enrolled post-secondary students with a history of or suspected of LD and/or ADHD and associated disorders.

Accessibility Service Offices, located on both main and satellite campuses from Parry Sound to Moosonee, are the first stop for students who may require the services of NOARC/CÉRNO.
