Sudbury Registration is open for Successful Transitions Online and Mentoring Program (STOMP)

This program is designed to help students with mental health disorders transition from high school to college or university.  Participants will learn about mental health, the post-secondary environment, advocacy and self-care.  The program is designed to help students with mental health disorders successfully transition to college or university.  The program consists of an online component running from February – April 2016 and a mentorship component beginning in September of 2016.  Participation is free to eligible students.

To be eligible you must:

  • Be in your final year of high school
  • Be diagnosed or self-identify with a mental health disorder
  • Plan to attend college or university in September 2016
  • Be able to attend Opening Days on February 26 & March 4 at Laurentian University
  • Be able to attend a Closing Day during the week of April 25-29 at Cambrian College
  • Have daily access to a computer and the internet
