NOARC Receives LDAS Corporate Contribution Award

The Northern Ontario Assessment and Resource Centre (NOARC) was recognized by the Learning Disability Association of Sudbury (LDAS) with the Corporate Contribution Award for their continued commitment to providing Northern Ontario post-secondary students with high quality psycho-educational assessments and their dedication to leading several research and pilot projects.  Most notable of those research projects is one that has helped school aged children with learning disabilities to apply learning strategies and assistive technology to improve their academic performance.  Dr. Alana Holmes, Dr. Robert Silvestri and Rafiq Rahemtulla were in attendance to accept the award on behalf of the entire NOARC team.
